At Prashanti Sarees, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every drape. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our hassle-free return and exchange policy allows you to return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the saree is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging; items with falls or zig-zag stitching applied are ineligible for return.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address; please keep the package ready with the provided return label.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
